晨练跑步时，Jo看到DinerTown的居民们正在Flo的饭店里大吃双倍熏肉汉堡，此时距离每年一次的拔河大赛只剩下几天了。她焦急地督促他们停下来，否则就要输给Meatropolis Mashers了。可惜，所有人都把她的劝告当成了耳边风，而DinerTown最终还是输掉了比赛。在Flo的鼓励下，Jo开起了健身馆，誓言要带领大家夺回冠军。在Fitness Dash里，玩家的任务就是帮助Jo管理健身房，使DinerTown的居民们恢复强健的身体，带领他们赢得下次拔河比赛！
